Halo 3 really is still a great looking game. Some people clowned on it back in the day for its art style not being as gritty or “sharp” as games like Cod4 or AC1, but now those are both hideous muddy messes, while Halo 3’s somewhat “lighter” tone in its textures and models has aged like a fine wine. Aside from the human NPCs in the campaign, Halo 3’s art style in 4K could be something that was made this year. Multiplayer, because it has no human faces, looks entirely modern in 4K 60fps.
