I HATE this Halo Capsule. It constantly falls over. The handle is really uncomfortable. Battery doesn’t last too long. Always pumps put a stale smell every time I use it, even with a new bag, and having cleaned everything else that needs cleaning. Upset I wasted so much money on this.

Yeah it was a bit of a letdown unfortunately! I think have made a stand for it now though, or some sort of wall dock

Good review. agree that this feel it needs another version release to iron out the issues. for me, i'm lookign to compare with other similar products, Maybe a score card type review at the end so we can compare or maybe a leader board? Bt like Top Gear lap times! use a couple of categories as well. Keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes unfortunately the product I was expecting it to be. I am now in the middle of testing a Shark cordless vacuum and I already think it is better than the Halo, but not perfect haha. I'll take what you've said on board, that's a great idea!

At 3:33, demonstrates the weakness of the suction. Surprising since it is a 32V volt machine when the competition are around 20V. There is a 40V makita bagged cordless, which can suck and hold up a 200g object but the bags are tiny at 330ml and there is no hepa filter or hepa bags either which is bad news for allergy sufferers and may harm the motor as may let particles enter. Why can't a manufacturer make a 40V hepa bagged cordless vacuum cleaner, is it too difficult to design?

RE teh shock, do you think it was static build up, as the machine is plastic? Was it after carpet or hard floor vacuuming?

both carpet and hard flooring - definitely something wrong with the design i've tested many vacuums in this house

Could you tell me please is lots of air is coming through the motor on the motor's sides? I mean is it like lots of air that would blow everywhere while you are vacuuming?

@@fablan3308 sounds like a possibility, yes. I recall being shocked a couple of times when I touched the vacuum near the yellow power button towards the top of the device (near the handle)
