I have a elite 2500 in a fox mustang. Sequential and direct fire. I like it. I wish that haltech offered a color touch dash logger and non logger models that is comparable to the Holley dash in size, capability and price point. Lots of domestic guys in the states use the Holley. Well most use either the elite, Holley dom or ft5/600. The racepak is cool and works great but it’s not as sexy as the Holley dash or ft5/600 dash. I have my hopes up that this will come soon. I will buy one as long as it’s not motec pricing. Much appreciated. And I am telling you at haltech, if you make a 7 inch color dash, even if it’s not touch screen with no logger for 7-800 bucks you won’t be able to manufacture enough of them. If it had touch, so you could say get rid of a trim module and swap tunes with it etc for 1000, you wouldn’t be able to keep up with demand. I promise. I know you must have something in the pipe. Hit the key, the 7 inch color dash comes to life, haltech logo in full then the color cluster appears with full array of channels being monitored. Oh man. I better quit dreaming! A can dwbc which uses Lsa 4.9 sensors would be epic as well! I love my elite. Thanks again patriots. Corn fuel makes the world turn.

Do you have a link or item number for the 34 pin to Can wire input in the haltech 2500 Elite ecu? Seems pretty hard to find it. Being I have both it wouldn't make sense to have to wite in the flying leads that the dash IQ3 came with

Is it possible to remove some of the data on the dash? Like if you don't want to see the lap time, can you remove it from the display?

hey any info on setting it up to an oem gm ls ecu? Do you have an obd connection instead or what is best?

The main difference is this will connect directly to a Haltech ECU, the Racepak dash will require a V-net converter.

which is the cable that talks to the Datalink software for the laptop? I have the USB plugged in but it has a serial end, is there a lead between this and the laptop?

Yes there are two cables that need to be joined together. The first cable with USB end into your PC and the end of that cable has a serial connector. Then your other cable is serial connector to 3.5mm mini jack which goes into the Racepak dash.

Your best bet is to speak with Racepak or AEM directly. We only specialise in Haltech ECUs :)
