Ingredient :-
besan - 11/2 cup
water - 1 cup
khaskhas - 1/4 cup
pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
sugar - 1 cup
water - 1 cup for sugar syrup
kesar
illayachi - 2
milk - 1 tsp
pishta katran - 2 tbsp
how to prepare sugar syrup :-
take a pot pour sugar and water in it . keep it on gas turn on flame . add kesar & illaychi in it . then add milk then add food color . after 2-3 boil turn off the flame & check the consistency it should be sticky .
how to make boondi :-
in a bowl pour besan and add a little water and stir it . follow d step again and again when a running batter done . now in a kdhai take ghee and keep it on gas on high flame , when ghee become hot on medium flame ... take a sbji spoon and a jhara then pour batter on jhara by spoon over the ghee ...
how to make laddu :-
pour boondi in chashni and grind it well , then add khaskhas seeds and pishta in it . and bind it with hand in small round shape .
now serve it to guest on occasions ...
