Good afternoon for 🇨🇦 Darnell. Merry Christmas Sir. This is when having the Ninja DT251 SMART Foodi XL Pro Air Oven with the intuitive thermometer is great. Just set it and walk away. When it’s at your preferred temperature, it shuts off. This turned out EXCELLENT which is no surprise. This oven is truly a beast. I love my Ninja SMART Foodi XL Pro Air Oven. I’m really looking forward to now using it to air broil Sous Vide Cooked Meats especially bcuz it works so well it will not dry out the food like using a normal oven would. The door seal is a critical feature in this cooker. It helps keep things moist. I just hope the seal doesn't fail over time. Merry Christmas.

I honestly think that besides it (Ninja Air Oven), is built extremely well, having that extra high temperature rubber seal around that door is a very smart idea. You can always notice companies that are very forward thinking and think things out a little bit more than others. Also the new versions of the Ninja DT200/201/251 Foodi XL Pro Air Ovens no longer have a fan guard / splatter shield which has really helped to improve circulation and temperature control. I’ve had both the Cosori and Cuisinart versions of this oven before buying my SMART XL Pro Air Oven and in my opinion, the Ninja is far better. #StaySafe 😷 & #HappyCooking 🥩
