Your review is the best. I stopped cooking a lot after my husband passed away but this large/little gem has me cooking again. It fits under my cabinet just fine. It is easy to get into and clean unlike most other air fryer ovens. i can cook just enough for myself or cook full meals when family visits. The noise level is some louder on the air fry level but it does not overpower the kitchen. It is not any louder than my 1800 watt Cuisinart air fryer. I was not a big bagel eater but now I am. The bagel function is amazing. I got rid of my toaster. I whole roasted a chicken, it turned out golden brown all over. No more grocery store rotisserie cooked chicken for me. I soak the pans in water and I don’t have that much of a problem getting them clean. I do use foil on the baking pan when roasting. I love this oven!

I have had this unit for at least 3 yrs. It is my favorite countertop item and is frequently used. The only issue is the cleaning if you are not able to clean immediately or if you have children who don't ever clean it. It is very difficult to clean. Mine has been used so much it is almost black which I hate. I have got very good use out of it. Cooks evenly and quickly. Great for meal prepping. I will invest in another if it goes out but so far ZERO issues. Looking to try the dehydrator soon.

Great video. I got mine for Christmas year before last. It was used every day for 14 months. Then it died. I called Ninja and the best that they could offer was 30% off another unit. They could not provide me with a list of approved Ninja repair center. I was unable to locate a small repair center that would repair it. I personally do not think it lasted long enough but I would totally buy it again. I can’t be sure that my high use of the Maxine was not part of The problem.

I've had mine about 3 weeks now and so far the best item I've done is a London Broil. I marinate it in a zip-lock bag for a few hours or overnight. I have a small roasting pan that I line with foil and drop in a rack from another toaster oven I used to have (never throw out those pans! LOL) Cook it on broil, level 4 high for about 9 minutes per side. Comes out perfectly medium rare and so tender you can cut the slices with a fork. It works so well for this that I've made one every week. I'm still figuring out the best way to cook thick pork chops but haven't quite perfected that yet. If you have any advice for roasting a bone-in whole turkey breast I'd love to have it. The breast comes in a roasting bag and the directions say to cook it from frozen so I'm a bit unsure about leaving the bag on and the timing from frozen.

The hardest part to clean is the fan tough to get all the food particles out. The other thing is when it pre-heats then goes into your selected mode the timer automatic start even after you open the door, ,so now I just put my food in on the pre-heat , because it pre heats quickly. I bought this a month ago and commonly refer to it as "The Contraption"...I love it and use it almost everyday

As a matter of fact, I took the crumb tray out and soaked it, and it still didn't get rid of the stains that were on it. I have a hard time believing the your over looked so clean after cooking a chicken. The scrubber can't scratch the non stick coating because it's not non stick it's just enameled, if it were non stick it wouldn't be so hard to clean. Also the plastic scrubbers are perfectly safe to use on non stick surfaces just don't use brillo pads.

Pages 3, 9 and 10 of the manual addresses this issue. Page 3 says not to coat the walls or the crumb tray with aluminum foil. Pages 9 and 10 state exactly the same as in this video - that you can use the foil or parchment paper to line the tray.

Ours has a removable grease screen in front of the fan. Yours doesn't even have the bracket for it. Not sure if this was a change they made later to make it easier to keep clean or something they later got rid of to reduce costs. We got ours about the time this video was published.

We have had this unit for about 4 or 5 months and, because it is so difficult to clean, it looks like it's over a year old....can't clean it when it's hot, so have to wait until it cools down and by that time grease from cooking foods stuck to the inside walls and is impossible to clean.
