Oh man....this was what my mom used to make to use up leftovers after Christmas. It was the BEST. Even thinking about it now makes me tear up a little. :-)

I’m sorry, but this is not ham and scalp potatoes. This is ham and I’ll gratin potatoes. Scallop potatoes do not have cheese in them.
