I was excited to try this recipe as it looked delicious. I made it following your directions exactly but after 2 hours the potatoes are still raw! Perhaps my new fancy oven is not as good as my old one! I think the temperature cannot be accurate. Thanks for the recipe.

So sorry it is taking longer to cook. To speed up the cooking time I would bake it the rest of the way with the foil off.. The potatoes will be done when you can easily put a fork through them. Thank you for your comment and for stopping by!

Thank you again for your comment. I baked the Scalloped Potatoes again with an updated cooking temp and time. My husband says the old oven that we had was running a little on the hot side so this is much more efficient. Your new oven temperature must be working just fine!

Hello, I recommend baking the night before, cooling 30 minutes or so, then cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Reheat the next day. Hope this helps!
