@@JohnSanders I believe that tonight's dinner is going to be a nice sirloin and oven roasted potatoes both done in the oven of course. My choices were a bit limited by what I currently had in the house since I can't get to the store until tomorrow. I am thinking about doing the garlic, herb and butter you used for the pork loin on the sirloin. It should give some nice flavor. For a veg I have some green tomatoes I pulled out of the garden before the cold weather hit North Louisiana. I think I am going to slice them up and air fry them with a bit of seasoning, panko and parmesian. Everything is going to be a bit of an experiment until I get the hang of this oven. It is replacing my power air fryer oven that gave up the ghost way too quickly. I have never used an in oven temperature probe ( I got the Ninja oven that has the probe) so that is a whole new experience for me. After 2 years on Weight Watchers and 110 pound weight loss that dead oven had to be replaced as I find using an air fryer oven makes cooking healthy food so very fast and easy. I got this one because it seems to be so much more versatile and Ninja has a reputation for quality. Hopefully it will hold up to the continual use much better.

Thanks for the Ham & Cheese video bud, looks great! Funny story .... I am a huge Ninja fan as I have a Ninja Coffee Bar and a Ninja Foodi (6.5qt) air fryer/Crisper and wanted an air fry oven. At the time 3 weeks ago Ninja ONLY had their thin version that lifts up to save space and I didn’t like how thin it was. I ended up contacting Ninja to ask them about the Ninja Pro XL 9in1 and when it was going to be made available for those of us up here in the land of igloos and polar bears 🇨🇦 and the rest of the world, they told me January or February 2021and I wasn’t going to wait. So I purchased the new Cosori Air fryer Rotisserie Oven .... then BAM!!! they released the new Ninja Air Fryer Pro XL 9in1 6 days later. I am one ANGRY CanuckleHead. Yes I could be dishonest and contact Cosori and say I want a refund bcuz it’s not working properly but that would be wrong and in fact I actually really like it and it does have the rotisserie option. I just wish the customer service at Ninja would have been better informed. Anywho ... as always. Great video and I’m sure I’ll see you in the next one. Kevin🎗

You really need to include any link to another video you mention in your description here. That way the viewer does not have to sit through the video to see if they missed where you gave the info and you don't have to scroll through a listing of other videos to find what you are looking for. Example: I wanted to see your fix for the warped tray, but no link in the info here and hard to figure out what you really said in re-watching this video. I'll find it by searching through your lengthy list of other videos, but simply linking it here would have made it much, much easier to do. Thanks.

Assuming you are referring to the outer surface... it does get rather hot... it is not any different than other toaster ovens i have tried... that i have paid attention to... but all that said the outside surface is not something you would want to put your hand on after a high temp cook...I hope this helps and thank you for watching!!!

Yes, I have this oven and have baked home made bread in it. However, you need to preheat it manually for about 8 to 10 minutes before you start timing the bake. It does not come to the set oven temperature during the preheat setting. But it does bake at whatever temp the recipe or mix calls for. No need to reduce the temp or cooking time. Just use a thermometer to make sure the bread is about 200 degrees. I replaced my breadmaker with this oven and I just love it.

Fresh biscuit dough is available in the familiar tubes. But the frozen biscuits are so much easier to have what you want. Do just two. Heck! Do just one if that’s all you want! Don’t be fooled by the store brand at Walmart. These aren’t that expensive. And paying a few extra cents here for the Pillsbury name is really worth it. If you don’t have the ham, just melt cheese on top. I love them covered in sausage gravy. But you can’t go wrong smearing some peanut butter and jelly on them. If you mess up these biscuits, you’re trying too hard.
