In my experience, jammers are usually well known by the people they harass. The problem is that the FCC no longer enforces the rules. So, these criminals are allowed to run free, and they know it.

why talk back. Wheres Shorty these days. No wonder why he gave up the WIN system. I had my repeater linked into the WIN system Reflector back in 2010 and it had some clown on it. I had to pull the link because it was transmitting it on my repeater. That is the problem with reflectors you cant triangulate and catch these guys. Its the internet.
