@@robpatterson9803 I’m pretty new to bowling and I’m not really sure how buying a ball online works cause I have no clue how to get it laid out and if I buy it undrilled then I got to pay extra to have it drilled. My local pro shop guy I’m finding out is an idiot he didn’t take the time to really find out any of my stats I think he just picked a spot and put some holes in it lol, it works but I want to buy it local and have it done right I don’t know how buying it online would do that for me

I know it doesn’t have anything to do with this ball. But do you think the proton physics would be a good step up from the nova? I sometimes have a hard time getting my nova to go through the pins correctly on a fresh house shot. I’m some what speed dominant.

Absolutely. I've had my Proton for almost two years and it's still the first ball out of my bag on house. The fact you're speed dominant is an even better match. Proton reads the mids exceptionally well, but it's unique as in it doesn't burn up like many other solid asyms I've thrown on house. Plenty of energy retention through the pin deck. I personally hated the Nova. The Proton out performed it all over the entire lane for me.

This ball was labeled a Hook Monster. I purchased it for that reason. I bowl on a sport shot 44-48'. Big waste of money. It's basically a straight ball going in from the corner. Don't waste your time with it. Lost over 5 points on my average. Basic house shot it does well.

If it’s really a sport pattern and you are trying to play from the corner there’s two problems. 1. I’m 99% positive You’re playing the lanes wrong. There’s a small chance the topography of the house could allow that line but doubtful. 2. It’s very possible the ball used all its energy in the front part of the lane and looks like it’s going straight. You need to adjust the surface to match what you’re bowling on.
