Thanks to the video available of this event , we can have a pretty good idea of the technical achievement of Anita in her record throw : a solid posture , great pivoting , long radius , high catching , great rhythm , are the secrets of the success . It looks all so simple and easy ... as looks everything which has been worked on for hours and hours ...and years ! In the coming World champs in Beijing , Anita will be the super favorite of the event . Hopefully she will nail another 80m throw , not this time in a small "hammer fans" competition , but in front of the whole athletics world to show that the women hammer throw is one of the most spectacular events of our sport.
