I like that ammo can stove you built. She's a heater, cook stove, light source, and companion. Thanks!

Great videos. Very well done. Did you make your thigh holster for the FN? I designed something similar for my bear gun, but it’s not quite right yet. Can you do a video on that, or provide details? Thanks

Thanks, Rotaman. I did make the holster myself. I have a flashlight on the front rail of the 5.7 so needed a fitted holster for it. It's two piece, there's a part that my belt goes through and it has a notch cutout to fit over my jeans belt loop. I wet formed the leather around the pistol and flashlight. Since it's a thigh holster, I wanted it to be able to rotate when I sit so there's a pivot (Chicago screw) and a snap a couple inches above that to keep it from swinging when I'm upright. You can see those at 3:23. It's a prototype so when I get around to making the final nice version, I'll make a video. Thanks for asking!

@@timcanthejigman7932 they made a "little Air Pilot" as well. Just a little smaller. I collect and refurbish kerosene lanterns and I use them for camping, so quiet.

Nice improvement on your stove I love it. What is the distance for the steel angle from the top? It look you can add a grill for cooking without any interference from the top hatch cover lid.

Thanks again, Leave No Trace! The angle iron is about 1 1/4 inches from the top edge. There is a baffle bolted to the underside of the lid that rests on them. I haven't yet but I'm going to make a grill from expanded metal that will also be able to rest on the angle iron but I'll only be able to use it with the lid off. I appreciate the comments!

Americans and their guns... Sigh... It's sad when you can't enjoy the wilderness without having to worry about your two guns... And don't tell me it's for protection against bears, most people camp in Canada without guns.
