Don't spend a lot of money, no need for a famous teacher to guide you. Just get the equipment, watch the video and practice a few times.
All food has both advantages and disadvantages to the human body; coffee is no exception.
Coffee beans are seeds, rich in oils*. During the high temperature roasting process, coffee beans become brittle and burst, releasing the oil. The deeper the roast, the more likely the beans are to be oily.
This is because a layer of filter paper is added to filter out most of the oils (coffee alcohol, coffee white alcohol). Compared to other brewing methods, hand brewing is more suitable for those who love coffee and need to pay attention to cholesterol control.
*PS: Water can carry a boat, but it can also overturn it. The more delicious Arabica coffee beans, the more oil, accounting for 10% to 20% of the bean weight

想問愛喝咖啡的人、如何在家可以煮一杯好喝的美式咖啡、拿鐵、卡布奇諾 買了還不錯的咖啡豆、想說可以自己煮出一杯感動人的咖啡(不懂如何煮浪費了咖啡豆..... 抓不出一杯量的比例,請問如何抓取呢? 1.粉水比例 2.沖泡時間 3.水溫 4.注水方式 5.美式咖啡、拿鐵、卡布奇諾研磨粗細 6.牛奶一杯量(會打奶泡) 義式咖啡機和手沖壺去煮咖啡,美式咖啡、拿鐵、卡布奇諾研磨咖啡粗細是一樣的嗎? 還是研磨粗細會依照煮的方式不同去調配呢?

@@suyarman1943 好喔。若目的是熱杯,是有幫助的… 去掉紙味則不然,除了咖啡味遠較紙味濃厚外;其實淋過熱水後的濾紙,紙味更濃。另外,預淋熱水後濾紙與濾杯已貼合… 水路已通,接下來萃取的速度會更快。可能造成萃取不足,味道較薄。

製作拿鐵須加大咖啡粉用量… 比方說粉:水比調成 1:10。用 15g 咖啡粉沖 150ml 咖啡液,再搭配 150ml 牛奶 (共300ml)。若還是覺得淡,可以再降低牛奶的容量 (總容量 < 300ml)。

@@user-mo4sc9po3c 客氣啦~ 即使是限縮條件到錐形濾杯沖煮,會影響手沖的地方還是很多… 烘焙度、水溫、磨粉粗細、萃取時間等等,都要考慮。姑且不論其它條件的情況,先以 1:15.625 比例沖煮。比方說要萃取 1000c.c.咖啡液,就要使用 64g 咖啡豆。覺得太濃,增加咖啡豆,反之減少…調出適合自己的濃度。

@@user-mo4sc9po3c 烘焙度沒有好壞之分,看你喜歡什麼風味;粉粗細也是。但是若要使用粗粉要有味道,粉量要增加、水溫要拉高等等。要很了解你的沖煮條件才能給建議喲… 可以加我們微信 (ID: aromacoffee_2000)、告知細節,能較精確地回覆你。
