I just happen to be a palm reader. You have a psychic hand, extremely artistic but also vulnerable to the hard knocks of life. A very sensitive person. Perhaps the future of humanity. I just have plain old artistic hands. Look at the length of your palms, plus long slender fingers. May your guardian angels bless your path dear one!

You have beautiful, clean and gentle hands and nice manicure🤲❣️ Personally, I wash my hands before going to the toilet and after, when I come home from the street, before eating and after and when I go to bed and when I cook, I wash them constantly, in short, I wash my hands all the time before and after everything, maybe I'm not normal, maybe I need help?🥴🙃 And I can’t believe that today you didn’t kill all the bubbles😅

Why did the mold go pink again after you poured silicone?
@resinAce4 жыл бұрын
That's just how it works, it returns to pink as it starts to lose water and break down. That's why you must always use alginate moulds immediately.

I was starting to get nervous not seeing a video. Love this idea!! I wonder if it would work with a pets paw, like your dog or cat? Or flowers!! Like some daisies maybe?! How did you know the resin would not fill in under the hand mould? I wondered if you attached the hand to the silicone mat or just took a chance? You show everything, which is why we love you, so I can only assume you knew the resin wouldn't settle under the hand.
@melissaphillis72472 жыл бұрын
The contact between silicone mat and silicone hand will usually create a seal that the resin won't seep under.

How do you get your resin to come out so clear and bubble free? I have the hardest time with that and the flame can only get the top layer 😪
@resinAce4 жыл бұрын
I store my resin in a warm cupboard that houses my hot water tank, which keeps it at about 27C. It lowers the viscosity of my art resin enough for the bubbles to surface. Some brands of resin are just thicker than others.

I was hoping it would be something that you could press you hand against and it would detect that you had germs, or a fever or something. Oh well! LOL. I noticed you had a LOT of large bubble from the alginate- when I work with it or with platsil or such to make mold, I tap it a lot on the table to get the bubbles to come up, and then use a straw to blow across the surface to draw them up and to pop them. You can also use compressed air, but straws are cheap.

i have transparency film but for an inkjet printer can i still use it for resin or do i have to use laser jet? sorry for the random question i've been binge watching your vids 😅

This is great! My only question is, it’s so glossy, how do you prevent finger prints? (sorry, I’m so not on your level of jokes. I know that was not worthy) What will you do with your silicone hand? There must be goofy ways to use it. Palm it and be creepy when you shake someone’s hand? Oh, wait. We don’t do that anymore. Insert electrodes and make it a biometric access pad? Use it as a COVID-19 friendly alternative to the 🤦♂️? Excellent, timely project. The final resin pour was so satisfying as it fit so perfectly.
