Thats called flechette... pretty deadly and good at penetrating and exploding targets because some of the darts go straight (these penetrate) and some tumble around (these will absolutely explode the living hell out of a target)

i'm not sure if you meant "screwed in", which would be the term used for tighting the screw into something, or "screwed up", a phrase that either describes something as damaged or can be used like "i screwed up" to say that you did something wrong. it's a confusing phrase

It’s a pun! The screw was quite literally screwed, but as the screw was really just pushed through, and sustained major damage to the head, one could also say it was screwed up.
