Doc I’ve commented a few times on your KZbin channel and thx for responding, I ended up getting multiple vials of bpc and tb 500 currently 250mcg x2 a day of bpc . and 1.5mg x2 a week of tb500, how do these doses sound . I’m thinking of upping my tb500 dose to 5mg a week and splitting it up 3x a week . I see online the dosages are ranging from everywhere for tb500, and people even saying that 7mg is a low dose , which it’s just going to get to expensive . I am currently doing subQ into the stomach fat . Although Tonight I did bpc into my wrist near the tfcc and it was so much harder to inject and I feel like there is less pain already but it may just be placebo. I know you say to do subQ in the stomach fat im just confused on why there is so much people saying to inject it into the injury what are your thoughts on this still ? Because bpc has a short half life by the time it reaches my injury can it be gone and have no use?.

Stop. Do not inject it into your own wrist. You do not need to inject it in the area of pain or damage. Just inject it subq in the abdomen

We use NAD as part of some of our healing approaches. So we think it's worth it in some people, but might not be worth it in others. It depends on the person and the situation.
