great vid guys but why are u using a converter when your using an hdmi monitor ?

Great question! We are running 50ft-200ft SDI lines to our video control room. Normal HDMI cables aren't reliable at that length and since Pockets only have an HDMI output we have to convert the signal to SDI in order for the signal to reach our multiview. Thanks for your question!

Do you guys have any with a teradek on them? Doing a full upgrade to our video system next week with two pocket 6k and two broadcast 6k, one of our roamers will be wireless with a teradek and trying to figure out the best way to set them up... currently we have the teradek on top of the handle with the battery mounted on the bottom.

We actually use Teradeks on our Red Komdo rigs! Check out that video this Friday! If you're using Teradeck Bolts on your Pockets consider getting a magic arm and mounting it to the top of your cage in a way that doesn't obstruct your function buttons. We use a wireless DJI SDR on one of our roaming pockets and it's small enough where it doesn't obstruct or weigh down the camera.
