Thanks for sharing... can Ankara be used instead of scuba fabric pls?
@GraceyStitches2 жыл бұрын
Yes, but the issue with Ankara is that it isn’t stretchy so it might not be easy to wear and remove because it won’t be able to pass through the bust. And if you add a lot of allowance to the waist to accommodate that, it might end up being too big. But then, you can add a zipper to the side (preferably an invisible zipper) if you have to use Ankara. Nothing is impossible.❤️

I will like to make one, but I want a pointed pièce at the front and back. How can I achieve that ? I was thinking of cutting the fabric longer, than from the goûter sides make it like triangle to the front. I am not a fashion designer do what I am saying May not make sense. Thanks in advance

Hi. Here’s a better option Cut the bodice and the skirt separately, The skirt should be cut like a handkerchief skirt ➡️ kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJiXqZukpNmmY68 While joining the skirt to the bodice, place the skirt pattern in such a way that it’s centre front will be the pointed part Cheers😊
