“Cravings will come and GO. And, they will PASS whether we use or *not*.”

I love how these videos that were posted a year ago are coming into my KZbin feed right as I need to hear what Susan is saying!! 💜. Learning so much, and each day making changes that I know will take me to my Bright body!! Thank you to everyone at BLE for all you do!

OMG Susan this was the most relevant VLOG to me for a long time! I will take this with me for the next few months. I have experienced the truth of what you said, but strangely forgotten it. Thank you so much for the timely reminder!Xxx

Thank you Susan for your scientific expertise on all the facets of automatic thinking. I am RE-checking my wiring to build a guard mentality against brewing food thoughts running in the background. By Creating Bright lines to block old, unexamined, faulty circuits, I will free up bandwidth in my mind. I am not going to starve, I learned that fear, which is not based in my own experience. Pretty weird little glitch that I can reprogram. Since that track is laid down, if food ever did get scarce, I could go back to it and survive. But it is not the best track for abundant times when it produces obesity in me. I plan to metabolize that thought energy currently being wasted on “craving subtexts” into creating art and writing which is my true passion. All this “craving” is running interference to my true purpose. So I am prepping food into packages all weighed out, setting the alarm to notify me when it is mealtime (time to take my next dose of nutrition), and concentrating on learning how to paint, like the rest of my life I am on a dedicated art retreat at a posh resort where the food is included and I don’t have to think about it and eating is just a break from the workshop. Next: what is a reward and why do we deserve a treat when you do good , and also when something goes wrong ? How to choose self-comforting rewards that are truly the best choice. Thanks again Susan ❤️🎶❤️. Your program is inspiring.

I needed to hear this last night. Potato chips or not was my craving last night...I gave in. Back on my feet today. Rezoom. I ❤ BLE and SPT. I've released 38 lbs over the last 310 days. On word up word.

I have noticed ,when I eat high dense nutrition food and protein . Salad , tomatoes, cucumbers onions on roast beef or egg sandwich . I changed it up , smoked salmon , turkey . I eat two meals a day no snacking . I feel satisfy and full of energy . Then I don’t have cravings .

6:55 this is so hopeful. Thanks for sharing. Love this articulated contrast. Craving versus food thoughts

Excellent vlog, so important! I don't have cravings, I have thoughts, and when I have them, I just say redirect my mind to my mantra. It's worked every time for over 9 months now, not one slip.

What was your mantra ?
@erin12091693 жыл бұрын
@@shaylahancock7210 I actually have several, for NMF thoughts, it's "That's not my food, that's poison to me" I also used to usemy GW as a mantra, but I'm getting away from that, using my spinner ring more, and now one mantra is "This bright moment, this bright day"

So good. Things we know but need to be reminded. And may not know but the tactics and reminded of holding that thought captive. And yes they do pass again being reminded so we dont lie to ourselves. Ty susan have a great day.

This is my biggest hurdle, these cravings come over like the biggest NEED!! I find though that I can often fixate on wanting a food for over a week until I finally cave and give in. I want to do better with that... it’s so hard!

I am the same way. It builds up as I continue avoiding food and then suddenly boom.

A good one for me too. I have had awful cravings and it scares me I'm so proud of how I'm looking. Even though I'm 60-70 pounds from goal. I've let 55 pounds and not done boot camp yet.

This is so relevant to me now. I allowed certain food groups(which could be BLE compliant) in my diet during Christmas as an experiment(not my best idea I know :) ). I found out it was bad idea and now I am studying for finals thinking about almonds :/
