For boss :- he should follow law of improvement in his harsh attitude.. For pawan :- He might need open space and communication bridge with trustworthy beings For both :- EI should be improved and acted upon..+ a conversation between them at a positive and mutual understandable base🙏 Who can be our best counselor ???... I just wanted to explore other options at hand to tackle the situation since it's the tribal people we are talking about where they may not understand the seriousness of the issue at one hand and on the other end I cannot give up my professional integrity and law violators to rome free of consequences considering the damage they have done to our forces and the nation. Since I cannot contact my superiors to take on an advice for an action to be taken due to the location having a bad connection to even contact.

The perspective remains the same, harassment in any workplace is harassment. It can be corporate, government, organised or unorganised sector. Only thing that changes is nature of harassment, people involved and the context.

Hi, firstly don’t think you are loosing something, think that you are giving up something to gain something new. It’s kind of a law, you have to give up to gain…for instance you need to give bad eating habits to gain health… So by thinking you are going to loose something you are creating a negative frame of reference…think you are giving up… Further, the moment you say loosing it means you are not going to get it back…but when you give up, you can always get back… Change your frame of reference from loosing to giving up
