This video shows a demo about Receiving and Processing Reservation Requests. Reservation is the process of booking rooms before the arrival of the guests to ensure the availability of the time time the guests check-in. There are two types of reservation - (1) Guaranteed Booking and (2) Confirmed Booking. This video shows an example of guaranteed booking.
