Hi - I really enjoyed your video, and was very glad that I stayed and watched the whole thing. Browns, yellows and oranges are my least favorite colors, so when you made the first page, I almost stopped watching. Boy, am I glad I didn't!! Blue is my favorite color, and the bright yellow and white on the embellishments just really "popped" - and were adorable! I've been saving my scraps - including "strips" for a long time, and now I definitely know what to do with them. Thanks very much for sharing!!

This is a great idea. SO funny I glue on old magazines too all the time too. I woner if this type of paper could go through the cricut maker or if the glue would be a problem. I enjoyed this:)

Hi, Lisa! I used a regular heart punch, about 2.5" wide by Marvy Uchida. I haven't seen it anywhere for years, but there are some others about the same size. I then glued it onto a heart-shaped doily, so it just looks like it was a laced heart punch.

+Toni Romero Depends on the glue stick you use. The UHU is supposed to be the most permanent, but it's harder to find. I've had good luck with the Avery stick. I have cards that I made 20 years ago, and they are still well assembled.
@toniromero29148 жыл бұрын

Hello again - I commented the other day. Going through my stash, and so far, I have more strips of card stock than I do patterned paper. Any tips for them?
@LollyPalooza8 жыл бұрын
+Toni Romero You can still use them for the same purpose. If they are close to the same thickness, they will lie next to each other well on the paper. I just wouldn't be too keen on mixing different weights of paper together, though that still might be a cool look.
