Hello my friends, I have a slightly unusual yoga upload for you.
This vinyasa flow is very untraditional - no planks, no downward dog, and not one Chaturanga...is this even yoga?! Well, yes, of course. Welcome to hands-free yoga!
This vinyasa yoga sequence is perfect for anyone with:
Shoulder pain
Pain in the wrist and hand
Arthritis in the wrist
Carpal tunnel
Wrist and thumb pain
Or maybe you've had a shoulder injury or even have a plaster cast on your arm (seek medical advice first)! Sometimes we simply need to rest certain areas of the body or the whole body in order to heal and grow. You don't HAVE to be injured to do this either...just give it a go as an alternative yoga class to make a change from the downward dog world.
I really hope you all enjoy it, my friends, it's suitable for all levels so go on join in ;)

Sometimes my left wrist is sore after downward facing dogs. I don't have an injury, I guess it's just a weakness. But this routine was perfect. Thank you ☺

Thanks for this lovely quick flow to start the day. And I loved hearing the birds in the background. I have an eye condition that precludes any inversions, downward dogs, so this practice was perfect. Would love more like this.

I started with yoga a little before the quaratine. Unfortunately, I hurt my right shoulder (nothing serious), because I hadnever gave attention to my body...The feelings, actually live in the body...if our body isn't strong, our mind won't be, if our body isn't flexible, our mind won't be. Thanks to you I can keep up with my pratice, until my shoulder heal..Thank you so much, greetings from Brazil.

Pls make more 1 hr long CHALLENGING/STRONG /DYNAMIC wrist free yoga sessions (vinyasa or hatha) for intermediate level 😊 ..(without blocks) Love from India❤.. Namaste🙏
