Hands-Free Yoga is perfect if you have a hand or arm injury, it's also a great challenge and fun to do even if you don't have an injury. This class is more suited to experienced students as you may need to modify the sequence to suit your injury.
It's a yoga class that will stretch and strengthen your legs and core, so enjoy friends.

I broke my wrist last year and still can‘t do many yoga poses anymore. This was perfect! Thank you so much. I would love to see more. Until then I will come back to this!

There’s always on option to do yoga. Thank you for this class. My hands are sore from gardening so this was well timed to rest them

I began a daily yoga practice in the first lockdown and almost immediately tripped up a kerb and broke my wrist and two fingers. So I started hunting for hands free classes. My wrist is now healed of course, but I’ve had frozen shoulders in the past and my shoulders start to hurt if I do weight- bearing poses. So I focus on flexibility, balance and strength. Thanks for your part in this.
