I bought it, is it worth it? If you haven't played it by now by some sort of a miracle and you have a ps5 then yes, however if you already played it on PS3 or ps4 or both well it depends, see I bought cause I normally replay my games at least 5 times and I didn't do that with gta5, so now I can replay it with better performance and resolution, but if you're one of those players that would replay it if it was a remake? Then no as there's no graphical updates other than resolution and RT.

Bought the ps4 version few years back but didn't got me much into it. And when I got my ps5, I even more reluctant to play it as it didn't get 60fps. I also have the pc version but with my work kind of laptop that didn't get me anywhere. Then after much consideration, I take the plunge and buy the ps5 version on a discount for 20 bucks. Boy what a difference 60fps makes for this game indeed. Buttery smooth and enjoyable. For me, it was worth it. 👍

RDR 2 update got scrapped to focus on gta 6 :/. I hope it was worth it since I don’t think a RDR 2 update would have required too many resources. GTA 6 has to be stunning in every way

No, you’ll have to have the ps4 version in order to play with friends. GTA online doesn’t support cross-play and probably will never do so.

At 9.99 its worth it. Its quite a big improvement, a bigger leap in fidelity than ps3 to ps4 was. On Ps5 the haptics let me feel the difference between vehicles and weapons, thats nice. 4k 60fps… with i guess some Raytracing? Its sure looks nice, and plays smooth. Venturing into online its just as smooth and like a 10second load time, very welcome. Other than that, not much of a learning curve to get back into it- its the same game with better responsiveness.
