I think if the commercial opened up with a voice over of "To remember Uber Eats gets anything, you just have to forget something else." I would have totally got the joke, but instead I was so confused and went searching for an explanation, which I found in the description of this video in which I found some fellow confused people, ha! Either way, I guess the Ad worked because it got me curious enough to want to figure out why I didn't get it! Ha!

Rated 1 out of 5 stars (0 if I could) They will charge you tips at a later date without your consent This is has happened to me I made an order on 28/03/24 through the app and two weeks later I received another charge from Uber eats for the same order without my consent. It is now showing on my bank account and when acknowledging Uber about it they refused to refund me even considering that it is their system which is at fault and that they should take entire responsibility for it. They just made up wrong reason why they cannot refund you and even blaming you for what has caused this to happen. I really do think that this is really not the right way to treat customers and will escalate this further if needed. Companies like that should not be given the right to treat customer like I have been treated. Date of experience: 08 April 2024
