I really like being upside down too and commented in one of your other videos with the 20k steps. Back in 2019 was when I was working on my handstand journey and then I experienced my shoulder injury that I’m still rehabbing. I love what you said about being upside down and I was saying to my PT today, asking if there are any benefits to being upside down in a handstand because I also loved it too and hope to be able to reach where you’re at and keep practicing and having patience to get there. Thanks for all your tips and sharing your experiences
