3 eggs mix egg yolk wid pinch of salt beat egg white for 45 sec in medium speed lemon juice 1/2 tsp -beat for 30 sec sugar 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp mix the egg yolk to the egg white mixture flour 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp Add this mixture to the egg mix in 2 batches with a spatula(mix from top to bottom gradually) oil 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp add a bit of cake batter and mix Add the whole thing to the cake batter (gradually from top to bottom wid a spatula)
