Great video as always! I recently had squirrels sticking nuts down a 2" vent. Clogged it at the 90 cast iron (shoved a camera in there). Climbed on the roof and power augured that thing. New 304 steel mesh over the pipe and we are good to go!

​@@handylandlord I have a 1 story duplex with back-to-back kitchen sinks (shared middle wall). Whenever ones side ran the sink disposal, the opposite side's trap would literally shoot water back towards the sink (tons of air pressure buildup suddenly). I climbed in the attic expecting no vent, but surely there was a vent. I was stumped: how does an air vent that never sees water get a clog? The camera told the story (and I have been seeing squirrels running up and down the electrical drop to the roof of the house). The drain snake hit the first bend and stopped. Worked it for 10 minutes and got it cleaned out good. Used a vacuum w/ 1" copper pipe to suck up a few nuts, the rest went down and either flushed or will slowly decompose.

should always run the cable in forward, only use reverse for a stuck cable. I likethe drop hook version for old and back to back plumbing
