Hi, Hanea Law Firm I had my interview for Naturalization and I did request change my last name on my application and on my interview on April and the Officer give me a passing report and told me that all I need is wait for the mail notification with the ceremony date but is been 8 months without any updates. I appreciate this video very much I had my appt today for my Citizenship and I pass my civic test but did not get a decision made today. According to the interview result it does say in the bottom of the notice that in 120 days I should be getting some kind of notification from them through mail. Ty for some clearification

My parents attended their interview today for the green card application I submitted on their behalf. The immigration officer did not approve it on the spot and mentioned he will check whether a second interview is needed. He informed us that the decision will be sent by mail. Wow. Today I I had a I terview for vawa and one thing I have notice is the interviewer did not differentiate between my vawa 485 and 485 that was filed previously by my ex. It was kind confusing and I had no lawyer and was nervous too myself

1) They have now extended case processing times for most uscis local offices to as far as 24-36months for an AOS. Just check online and u will see for yourself. 2) They now extend ur i751 application by an unusual 18months. 3) Citizenship process now takes up to 18months to be completed plus the fact that they are now making the civics question more difficult for people to pass easily. The govt has really succeeded in delaying all forms of immigration benefits in an effort to make sure the Dems do not expand those who will be eligible to vote come Nov 2020. The plan is cleary written on black and white. Not so difficult to see.

Often USCIS does NOT update the case status on their website. I have cases that closed a long time ago and they still show "in process". In your case, make sure you keep your address updated with USCIS to receive all their notices. If you passed the English, Civic and Naturalization interview, you should receive a notice for your Oath Ceremony.

I went for my citizenship test and I pass, after four day’s I received a three mail two mail was saying my ceremony for oath scheduled for September 4/2019 time 8:30 Am then the other mail was saying that my oath ceremony got canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Hi everyone. Plz help me I pass my interview 18 December 2021. But officer want a evidence y I arrest in 2017 . I explain her everything and I also show her my expungement letter. But she want to know what's was the case. The case is shoplifting which is my lawyer said is very minor just value less than 200$ . And I send her everything with court disposition letters and all related documents and send everything on 20 December 2021 and got email on 22 December 2021 that they received the evidence. Now what's next how long Wait plz help guys

You can approve a case or deny case but you can’t sit on case forever and also you have the right to sue uscis if they not doing their job and they can’t just deny you case cuz you sued them

Thanks for this video. I had my interview today. Interviewer was really nice. He didn't ask much questions & told us that our case looks straight forward. There shouldn't be any problem. I should be getting my gc for 10 years since we're already married for 3 years. However, he said he still needs to review my case a bit more to confirm that I maintained my F-1 student status throughout & that he will make a decision by end of the day. Do we have to worry? I maintained my student status throughout my stay in the US until I got my I-765 card along with I-131. Only after that I left the study. Is it a problem? Please reply. Thank you

Interview completed but still waiting for a review, officer was really helpful and nice, but unfortunately he hasn’t reviewed file prior Internview because the I30 even was approved was not on a person file, he mentioned everything was perfect, no more documentation require no more interview require he promised he will do his best to help with the process with a greendcard, the reason why he couldn’t make a desicion was his documents for I30 was not on file, so he recommended to check on the website and see the status.

Sorry for the late response. You have to wait for the Request for Documents from USCIS to send your documents. Otherwise they will be lost. It can take a while, but there is nothing else to do but wait.

Hi, thank you so much for your information. I had my interview on March 08th, 2022, it went well, I was just missing the medical exam, so they sent me a RFE next day. We sent our medical exam on March 14th, the tracking number shows package arrived and signed by an employee.. Also the officer approved my I-130 on March 09th, I got my Combo Card approved on July 04th,2022, but it's been 8 months since interview , but no updates on the RFE or i-485. Should I be worried. i has my cityzenship interview las 11-5-2021 i has a problem almost six years a go i was arrested but nevera convicted the general attorney rejecter the charges without pretryal ,i apply first Time 2 years a go It was deny fue muy arrest, i waited until complete 5 years of my arrest AND i apply second Time, in my second chance of 2021 the dame officer interviewed me again after 2 years ,ay the AND he did the dame he couldnt decide yer until check my case with His supervisor he said he doesnt has anything against me ,but he need ti check with His supervisor It woul take about three weeks to do It I have a month waiting, but nothing Yet , i felt ok this time clean record he didn't request more evidence this Time like he requested the first time but i still am worry about the desition ,i Hope all goes well, what can you tell me after all?
