and sometimes under duress hung upside down to signal distress, but if that's the case busting out a set of 5 in the squat rack is the least of your concerns.

Sorry Grant but I have to make a correction on one part of what you said. On the charging flag on your shirts they are correct, BUT they CAN NOT go either way. The Union has to go closest to the heart to be correct. I learned this in AR 670-1. I'm not sure what your equivalent is, but I know you know what your uniform and appearance regulation is. Retired 1SG (USAR).
