If his friend gave the plaintiff the money, why didn't the friend go bail him out?

A lot of people wouldn’t want to legally be on the hook for the person. If you bail someone out and they don’t go to court you’re legally responsible

@timberlyncarthins60962 жыл бұрын
@@Hazel.Eyed.Gemini doesnt matter. When you bond someone out you’re only putting down 10% (depending on the state). Recently I had to bail out my fiancé. His total bond was $20,000. I only paid $2000 to get him out. If he didn’t show up I’d legally be on the hook for $20000. It’s a huge risk/responsibility

What I find amazing about this case, she never denied that the money came from the friend in which he stated he paid the friend back the money. I mean so of course if she went down there with the money to bond him out her names gonna be on the paper his problem he didn't have a written statement from the friend to back his claim.

I believe the defendant when he says that the money she put down wasn't hers but someone else's. Men need to realize however that nothing that these women do for you are gifts but loans. It may not seem the case in the beginning but when things go left is when you will see.

I believe him too. I don’t think she put her own money down . He should’ve had the person who gave the money to come to court with him or have a notarize letter stating this. That’s what messed him up

Why is Mathis defending the defendant so much? His comment on Facebook, WOULD have put people off. He did it because he was annoyed at her, purposely insulted her art work so that when people seen the art work and possibly liked it, seen his comment then thought that they better not buy it because other people will clearly think it’s ugly. A lot of people won’t buy art work for their house, especially if other people find it ugly.
