Thanks for the video. I doubt we'll get one this year but spring of 25 I hope to be putting something other than a trolling motor on the back of my jon boat and these Hangkais look like an affordable option. I've been watching a lot of reviews that have been put out in the past few years and most people seem really happy with their purchase.

No problem! It’s been a great experience so far, just like any other motor it just needs to be taken care of properly! Glad I could help out!😊

$1100? Wow. That really isn't bad at all! Does another company make them?

Well damn how heavy is your set up?!?! I had a 1600 pound set up and I couldn’t get any faster than 8MPH on my vhull

My boat weight 700. With family and gear we were 1600lbs. I was so sad. Motor worked great I just couldn’t go any faster? How many hours in were you when you did this? I was still in the 10hr break in where it said to go full throttle for a minute or 2 here and there then to half throttle

@@Meatnewdadbodunfortunately much heavier than I thought! My last boat was 14ft aluminum with bare bones in it so it was much lighter and I was flying with another 18hp, I was about 5 hours in to the break in period during this video! I may get a bigger motor for this boat; and another boat for the Hangkai probably a little 12 footer! Most likely will look for those during the winter season!
