This being the new generation of kids wanting to grow up so fast ( with the help of their parents; wanting to be the cool parent) when sometimes you just need to enjoy being a kid and it showcases here. I tell you what Hank Hill is a total catch. Man is six feet two inches, 220lbs, proud of it. He is perfectly capable and willing to kick your ass lol. I don't get how Minh , or any other parent for that matter, isn't furious at the girl's parents for LEAVING the party. A party with a bunch of teen boys and girls, were left alone just so the parents can seem cool. No, Minh just puts it on Hank for ruining the party because he, a responsible adult, shows up and breaks them apart. If I drop my kid off at a party, you bet your buns I want to make sure the parents are going to be there. In my head canon they were getting so much hate from other parents they ran out of town and that's why you never see them again. :D

This has to do with parents actually *leaving* the household, _knowing_ that the kids were going to be behaving inappropriately. That's like handing a kid a beer and walking off rather than just having it in the fridge and they go get it when the parents aren't looking. There is a difference between kids getting themselves in a situation and parents actually facilitating it! I sincerely disgusts me when people use the argument "they're going to do it anyway/get exposed to it anyway". That's such a defeatist attitude. It's a parents' job to keep their children educated and out of trouble when they can. I'm not saying shackle them in a room, but certainly don't let them be alone under your own roof with a bunch of other sex crazed teenagers.
