A normal build will hit around 500-600. Frostcraft adds 35% dmg with dimishing returns, not sure how much felyne heroics add tho somewhere around 10% maybe.

I still dont get how claw into insta wound works. Can some one explain that because from a visual stand point it looks like some one grapples onto the mon after a roll into a wound but advice online tells me to hit circle then go for the wounding animation or jump to another part then do it and I am so confused.

I just realized that the claw uppercut instantly tenderizes monster parts. Just roll then L2 when unsheathed. When sheathed, guard>roll>L2 in quick succession. You might want to nail the timing and accuracy on that move cuz it moves you quite far.

It's different. It's the canteen version, which you get by eating specific foods. It's stronger than normal heroics, but weaker than heroics secret. Still more efficient though.
