Came across Mrs Eden during the covid19 lock down and so glad I did as it helped me stay in shape ! She’s a beast and mean that in good way I Just did this workout-didn’t have treadmill so used my spin bike-thanks it was tough especially first set!

Being real, I lift weights and hate cardio! I also smoke bud, so to keep up my endurance I love doing your workouts only when it comes to HIIT! Everyone else bores me, but not you, you're fuckin real! After your workout your video of you riding and running around that continent to raise money to fight cancer that took your friends life! Thank you Hannah for this! I like your workouts, the written ones but I am not familiar with a lot of the moves so they take quite a long time because I have to google the moves. This was nice to follow along, although I think that I am in fairly good shape. 55 years old, work out 4/5 times a week and have since I have been 23. This was very challenging. I will continue to do until I can do with more ease because I like how it works most of the whole body. I will use it for my cardio these days. I appreciate you giving this to us!

Hannah Eden you are a beast... I hate it and I love it. It was f*cking awsome. I have asthma but I started like who cares its just 5minutes... Well I have to slow down to breathe 🙂 after that I almost died during the 50 thrusters... after that from the second round ( 4/40) I jogged. It took me about 45 minutes to finish. Definitely will do this again and try to get faster. Thank you for this video

I saw this video yesterday and ate a Cinnabon. Why? Because I knew it would be my last for a while. This morning I did this exact video in a fasted state at 4:30am, bought a newspaper, took pics in my bikini, weighed myself and was disgusted, determined and extremely “pumped” all at once. I never write publicly on KZbin but I’m making myself accountable. I’ve been following you for a long time but it’s about time I start following your program which I’m going to purchase today. I do know how to train hard and have competed in the NPC masters bikini division (just turned 49) but I much prefer functional training than traditional heavy weight training. Anyways, thank you for being my favorite social media fitspiration. Stay tuned ... wink wink ;) ;)
