They are projecting Iriafen as the #2 draft pick but she had an awful game, an injured starter was out too, and the bench did not contribute much. JuJu can't be the entire team by herself. She's not overrated but USC as a team was overrated.

Don't think that Juju is overrated. First Citron was making Juju work for every half-court touch. Second, whenever possible, ND kept running a second defender at Juju from her blind side...even in transition. To do this you need the first defender to be able to stay in front...the second defender creates havoc. But that player needs to be smart, decisive and quick....Hidalgo has all those qualities. Part of the issue was that USC didn't space the floor well making it easier for that second defender to reach Juju.

She's definitely not overrated. She's 6'1 and super athletic. Future lottery pick and possibly #1.
