I really appreciate the variety of music! Idk if it’s just me but when creators just use the same song for every single video it really stands out to me so I appreciate the variety you give us ❤

i also struggle with knee pain! I'd recommend seeing a physical therapist to help with running! I honestly looked up knee exercises for the gym to help strengthen the muscles around my knees. Literally changed my life. No pain anymore when I run!

One thing about Hannah is her videos are gonna hit every time!! 💖I also really appreciated the reality across the different days in this video- from not wanting to get out of bed or running out of milk when you’re halfway through making a coffee (it always happens 🙄) to a super productive 7 am gym/grocery trip -it just makes me feel less alone to know that not everyday is gonna be like Hannah’s Friday but your almost* perfect morning can still happen on any random day.

re: knees - one of the best things you can do beyond taking care of the joint itself (icing/stretching/taking anti-inflammatories) is to strengthen and mobilize the joints above and below, so doing exercises like squats, clamshells, lunges, and calf raises! I personally like to do my glute activation exercises as running warm ups.

I had to quit running four years ago because I developed patella femoral syndrome. More recently I've gotten into strength training and this year started running again. I've learned that strength training is absolutely essential for me to be able to keep up a regular running practice. Specifically working on my quads and hip flexors and abductors is super helpful. I also had a lot of luck using kt tape to manage the pain but that just manages the symptoms and not the root cause. Also if you are new to running don't overdo it! Increasing mileage too quickly or running too many days in a row can be a recipe for a bad time. Good luck!

I second (third?) this! I also have patella femoral pain syndrome from a couple injuries and stupidity. It really pays to strengthen everything in your legs so the joints are held in place properly. There’s lots you can do with a couple bands and a yoga block in a quiet corner of the gym or even at home.

Chamomile tea bag compresses have been life changing for my acne! I literally just microwave a cup of water for two min and then dip the tea bag in for a few seconds and wrap it in a microfiber cloth or napkin because it will be HOT. Do that a few times over a few min and it helps my acne go down a lot (I get regular and cystic acne)

as a girly with skin issues, the best trick I've learned doing my makeup is doing cream blush and bronzer first, then concealer and powder, followed by powder blush and bronzer. I've found that this actually helps me use less product (especially concealer!) and it's the best my makeup has ever looked.

If you mix a little bit of concealer with your bronzer on the back of your hand you don't need to buy a whole new shade :) you can also do that with blush or whatever other products on the rest of your face so the concealer disappears and blends better into other areas

Idk if you’ve tried orange theory, but I actually thoroughly enjoy working out now and get so excited to go 4-5 times a week! Ideally I’d do that 2 days a week and then Pilates or something 3-4 days a week, but unfortunately I don’t live somewhere where Pilates is prevalent, so just orange theory it is for now, AND I AM LOVING IT!!!! Highly recommend. The environment and energy is ummatched and I love that it’s just 1 hour of my day, then I’m done and I’ve already got 3-5,000 steps and 4-600 calories burned!! It’s so nice!

Notes: Cottage cheese is great protein!! Try the "Good Culture" brand--it is SO DELICIOUS! And it's amazing with strawberries! Loved the Erik Satie music you used for Friday morning. PERFECT with the beautiful morning sunlight! You always choose lovely music. Knees suck. Seriously--get yourself a good orthopedist and keep an eye on that crap. You should be able to hold off erious problems for a long time, with care and preventive tactics. I am 58, been fit all my life, only gained weight in the last few years (and not that much). But my knees have literally overnight both began to fail. It is killing me. I hate them. I guess I'm gonna have to have surgery. But several of my friends have had knee replacements and they all rave happily about the results so...I am building up my nerve and working on my fears. Re: earbuds...listen to music in the gym, but keep your ears clear on the NYC streets. It's so important to be aware of your surroundings for safety's sake. FWIW....my husband is the most insecure person ever. He used to work a profession where you CANNOT show vulnerability, not even once. He was a brilliant man, so f'in smart and creative and sensitive, but he had to hide every fear, every anxiety for years and it made him really sick. I know what you mean about feeling small, like you're a little girl and people won't take you seriously but 1. Don't feel alone. Not only other women, but men too deal with these fears so just always pick people to work with who celebrate and support you. I had a genius accountant for a few years....he was great, technically, but he'd put me down. I dumped him and found an equally brilliant woman accountant who respects me: YES. No better feeling! 2. YOU GOT THIS. You are incredibly accomplished. You CAN do it all, learn everything you need to, and accomplish everything you desire so just take a deep breath and push forward. I believe in you! 🙂

Your coasters reminded me that I wanted to make these "cat butt"ones I saw on pinterest. Hilarious, you might get a kick out of them. Omg you also reminded me of the fact that I haven't had cottage cheese and pineapple in forever! Yum. (Someone told me once that they only eat cottage cheese hot and that blew my mind, still not ready to do that on the reg but it makes sense cuz like well, cheese.) Yo, I also thought Rao's was pronounced the way you pronounced it and then I saw a commercial and they pronounced it Ray-o's and TBH it feels so wrong😂

Hey! I loved your video. They're always so cozy. I have a similar issue with my knees when I run, and I have found through working with a PT that the legs of my lower body needed to be strengthened a ton. Especially the muscles that support my knees. Also, with running, everything is connected, so make sure your hips and glutes are strong and that you have the right shoes on to support your feet and ankles! I hope this helps a bit!

heyyy. about the water situation: maybe you could get like a clear water bottle and slice in some cucumbers to make water more 'fancy' and to kinda trick your mind into drinking normal water. Only if you feel like that's something that would benefit your life though... much love :*

Maybe consider a form of cardio with less physical impact like biking or skating. Running can hurt your knees more because you’re basically putting all your weight on them while going fast which creates a higher impact on your joints

If you always get acne where you put your bronzer… maybe it’s your bronzer? If it’s old, it could be bacteria has developed esp if touching it to your face. Or that area is common to break out if you talk on the phone a lot and haven’t disinfected your screen recently
