You inspired me to do my own "Duping The Vibes". I was lusting so hard after the Huda Rose Quartz palette and it turns out I already own it. Sort of. LOL It's good to remember that -in most cases- we own plenty of the colours we like wearing.

Woo! Love a good overhead video. These duping the vibes videos have really helped me take a closer look at my collection before buying a new palette. Recently I've found that I'm attracted to new palettes only for one or two new shades, and that's just not a good investment to buy an entire palette specifically to own a portion of it.

I truly enjoy this style of video, especially since I've been on a no-buy, with a very few exceptions. My single shadows have sat untouched until you inspired me to make my own version of the new palette release that I'm salivating over. I just made my version of the Natasha Denona Retro and Glam palettes earlier today with my single shadow collection, and now I'll actually get some use out them and fall in love all over again. I'm so glad I've held onto my singles for this specific purpose, and it really does deter me from spending money on makeup that I don't need. Thanks, Hannah! Definitely want to see the resulting eyelooks now! You and me agreed on every single shade choice accept I would have picked Blaze over Viola. I think a lighter topper like Blaze is important to create highlights and bring some rococo gold vibes. I think Viola and ACD10 were in competition with eachother and the more eggplant purple of ACD10 was more interesting in conjunction with the surrounding shades. Can't wait to see the palete in action!

I am surprised how deep this palette went. I have been in the mood for that bright pink. All over the crease with a light shade on the lid. I feel like for some reason a complimentary color brings the colors in my eyes out more on the crease than on the lid. I've also been feeling bright vibrant summer makeup since I got Tina's Hummingbird palette. I also have a shade like that in the Cor De Rosa palette. I use Cor De Rosa today and went with orange and gold vibes. I used a mauve shade in the crease though and I was surprised how pink it pulled. In the Summer I think it is a shade that barely shows up on me.

When you first pulled shades, I was thinking W&W's Rose in the Air plus Juvia's Roses, but I love the direction you took instead. I would slap any of those darker ones all over the lid and call it a day, if rushed.

I’m not an eyeshadow person- I currently own 1 matte single and like 3 glittery toppers. In the last year probably though I’ve been wishing I had a few shades to reach for sometimes, and these videos have inspired me to search for a couple of single shades so I can really get just exactly what I’m after, instead of getting a pre-made pallet that’s bigger than I need, or doesn’t quite hit the mark for me. And even though I don’t really wear eyeshadow, I always love these videos!

I have plenty of rosy colored shades in all of my multi colored palettes and many of the neutral palettes now also have rosy shades, not to mention tons of powder blushes that can create these same looks. The new rosy only palettes have no appeal to me, I can easily resist them.

Always love watching your prepare a custom palette. The rosiest I get is using my blush as a diffuse wash across my eye, actually using my blush brush. I could use one of these saturated colors with other muted, cool colors. This palette would end up looking dangerously bruisy on me. Our skin level & undertone are nearly identical, but with my smallish, murky grey-green eyes, salt & pepper hair, and middle aged face, this would be too harsh. My eyes would definitely shrink. I can wear such colors on my lips much more easily.
