I am a designer and as such I have my ideas and tastes and always find something to positive critique even in the best projects , Fortnum&M is the only place where I never want to change anything !! it is just perfect . The display is gorgeous, the packaging is exquisite, the color combination of the different tea tins and boxes is a delight for the eyes. Every time in London I spend two days there looking at everything !! LOL so enjoy your videos Hannah and your chatting !

Nothing makes your day out shopping than wonderful, lovely shopping staff. I feel that most stores have forgotten to train their staff on great customer service, which puts a downer on shopping these days. Love your videos Hannah

We were all drilled in our training and morning roll calls that we're to be professional and polite. If you don't know, direct them to a Red Coat (Permanent Staff to stand out in the sea of black penguin suits of temps) or to a counter that could answer. Worst thing you could do is get it wrong.

I thought the juggler art thingy was a scarecrow at first. 😁 Took my sister here in March for the first time (we're from CA). She loved it! I still have the Rose shortbread biscuits left to eat & some port. =) BTW, for those with walking limitations, you can take a trolly on to the lift to go up or down the various levels.

I thoroughly enjoyed that browse. I am definitely a Halloween person with very fond memories of childhood trick or treating. We do decorate for Halloween as our grandchildren love it. It's very big in Canada with lots of people getting into the spirit of it and decking out their houses. I would love to see F&M at Christmas, yes please!

I love Fortnums, I bought the spooky black wicker hamper last year. wanted the hamper to put bits in.. There is something so charming about that place . The perfume section is lovely, the staff never bother you as you an sample expensive perfumes. The lifts are so small but fun to use if to much walking has occurred. Thankyou Hannah for a lovely video need to go there soon. oh your shopping was expensive ha!!!!!!! but such fun to buy xx

Another totally enjoyable outing. In the north of England here and used to do regular trips to London at Christmas. Harrods and F&M were always great experiences. Love you showing me what I am missing. Costs of train travel have soared, so I do the mail order thing now. Your videos are so helpful. Just did a mail order with Harrods and it was a breeze, they are so well organised and efficient if anyone out there was thinking of doing an order with them. Funny how the colour orange attracts the eye. It's certainly autumnal. Great to see shoppers turning out in force again! Hannah, you have had your hair and nails done and are looking especially lovely and chic today! I have been known to use fresh turmeric on occasion. What a cute little, in house, tea and coffee stand! I'll bet Fortnum and Mason blends are delicious when brewed strongly. Every time you vlog here, Hannah, it's a new and different experience.
