HANOVER is the BEST Nation in the HRE! Eu4 1.35

Hello fellow chairs! Today I play as the nation of Brunswick into Hanover to conquer the entire British Isles. Their small, but powerful mission tree gives them a restoration of Union CB on England/Britain that is so strong, especially with lead up missions that make it easier to build a MASSIVE Fleet to compete with the British.
In this video we get really lucky with PUs and take advantage of the strong military idea set that Hanover for us to become the Emperor of the HRE and Dominate Europe as a whole!

great video, just wanted to mention that in this video i had to crank up the volume at the start, and in some other videos i’ve found that your voice can sometimes jump between volumes maybe 50% louder and it’s a good level

fucking genius, release then reconquer, that makes Burgundy loyal, i got them after some save scumming and they were rebellious the whole time and the emperor demanded the lowlands so i allied up and went to war, easily defeated him but Burgundy was still rebellious and eventually got independence

Okay nice, its good to see that wasn't just a bug in my game that there was no truce on the lowlands being released. I got burgundy as a small HRE nation, they were never going to be loyal and I released the lowlands hoping I could get burgundy to a manageable size, and then seeing no truces I just reconquered all of them for forever loyalty of burgundy. I thought it had to be a bug from me playing on a prior version.

hey if you ever want to do an OP custom nation, i did an opm that eventually formed Netherlands... i gave my nation 50% production bonus national ideas and 50% artillery national ideas... from 1450 - 1550 i had 12 infantry 2 cavalry 12 artillery armies and was non stop stack wiping every enemy even at worst with larger armies i take a few thousand dead to them losing half their army or retreating.. also.. i had +300 ducats a month within 100 years.. i think production ideas is better than trade ideas.. my economy has never been better.. joined hre.. took all lubeck trade node and england and eventually into italy

@@thechairmangames it is an 800 point opm though so some people dont like to give that many points... i gave 2 extra colonists.. went dutch republic and expansion exploration & took most of the new world for myself so had 7 colonists running at the same time... i basically blocked portugal & spain from colonising much.. warred england reasonably early and took some portugal stuff.. took all of west africa coastline to stop portugal & spain getting much.. and helped my colonies war spain colonies etc by giving them tons of money from my really good economy

Ive been playing allot of saxe-lauenburg. They dont have a special mission tree but they have some of the best ideas to build upon

Getting Burgundy is such a game changer. It is really easy to just dominate the HRE too with both nations having solid ideas

@@thechairmangames i did diplo >quantity> admin ideas. Ive got good allies and vassals but my army is paper thin. Won most battles due to swarming. Lost 3/4 my manpower when I invaded england for restoration union cb by 1527. Was very fun. Good thing earlier in the game i was able to secure northern ireland from a war with scots so before i declared transsfered 60k troops there. I had 90k total and force limit of 120.

@seejayep4258 sometimes all you need is to outnumber the enemy lol It is really fun doing the restoration on England, especially if you plan on being colonial and having a trade empire
