I've been saying this forever but Chess needs to drop the dress code and allow trash talking during the game. It would add an element that would make it interesting for a general audience to watch, and they need a bad boy or "NATE DIAZ/Nick DIAZ" of chess, and I think Hans can be that. Hans if you read this up your trash talk homie. Go watch Nick Diaz vs Robbie Lawler and go listen to Joe Rogan talk about that fight. Not going to lie, I watch Hikaru a ton on KZbin and wanted him to win. I have a nostalgic feeling watching him play because he got me into the game in 2019.
