Thank you! 2-3 times per week is best, sets and reps are really hard to prescribe, but here is the general answer. It really depends on your goals. If you want to get stronger use a heavier band with less reps (4-6) and keep your focus on form. If you're looking for more range of motion in the joints or endurance, use lighter bands and do 15-20 reps through a full range of motion. Hope this helps!

Great comprehensive set of exercises. Is there any chance that he might be able to make a chart of the exercises showing the start and the finish position of each and attach the chart somehow to the video or to your website? sorry to admit it, but I have difficulty remembering all the moves and need to continuously consult the video which Is a bit of a nuisance and slows down my work out. 😢

Hi, I apologize, but I just don't have the time to do this. We do have an app that is preloaded with programs that have videos of each exercise you can watch as many times as you need.

Is there a difference between the arm use if you are a right-handed golfer and lefty?

I like to do all exercises on both sides of the body, to maintain body balance, since golf is such a one sided sport. On rotations, since the targeted muscle group are the obliques. You should grip the handle with the inside hand or hand closest to the anchor to isolate those muscles better

You can shoot for 3 non-consecutive days, but 1 or 2 days per week is better than nothing
