I didn't realize how inflexible I was until I went through these stretching routines. Very Helpful!

Get stuck in Michael. You’ll improve, little by little!

Two years ago I found out that both of my hips are bone on bone and require hip replacements. I had my right hip done two years ago and it is much better now. My left I plan on getting it done in March 2025. I will diligently do the hip portion of this video to improve mobility. My goal is to lean forward legs crossed and get my elbows on the ground within 1 year. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to improved mobility in my left hip next year so I can clear my hips better on the downswing.

This is an excellent video Glen for senior golfers where you recommend excercise to do after a round of golf! I have a routine of exercises that I do with the exercise ball and floor prior to playing golf, but none such as these for after the round I will definitely archive this valuable piece of information for future use! Well Done Glen!

Thank you Glen for some excellent exercises. I hope I will make the effort to actually do them regularly. I am 80 years old & would benefit from doing them daily. I will now watch your warm up routine . I appreciate your informative videos which should really help the club golfer.

Good start, however I have a replacement knees so upper back exercise is out of the routine. Wished that had been a modified exercise shown.
@AussieGolfPros8 сағат бұрын
Thank you for your comments William. Yes, could definitely see that would be a problem with replacement knees. So sorry for not including an alternative. There are several options. Here’s the ‘A’ Frame stretch at 7:05 in this warm up video we released recently: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJbNdn6VgJeBn5osi=Cb_68fCl6iY0gyJY You can hold this position for a static stretch too. Cheers Glen

Would the stretches be different for anyone younger?
@AussieGolfPros5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question @0hleg. Essentially, these stretches are beneficial for every golfer. Ideally, obtain a screening with a TPI Certified Golf Professional and have him/her design a bespoke mobility program, based on your personal results. Cheers Glen

I was not able to find the PDF for this routine and I would love to have it. Can you help with a direct link? Thank you.

Hi Marian Thank you for your inquiry. The Training Guide is there within the ‘Library’. We changed the thumbnail for this video, which is why you probably can’t find it. Our apologies. We’re in the process of reorganising the training guides, so they’re easier to find. In the meantime, look for the heading: ‘Move It Old Man’ 😜 Hope this helps. Cheers

If I could get in those positions, I wouldn't need the stretches.
@AussieGolfPros7 ай бұрын
Thank you for reaching out David. Start with the stretches slowly and within your capabilities. You will gradually improve your range of motion each session. Consistency is key.
