This is an excellent video Glen for senior golfers where you recommend excercise to do after a round of golf! I have a routine of exercises that I do with the exercise ball and floor prior to playing golf, but none such as these for after the round I will definitely archive this valuable piece of information for future use! Well Done Glen!

Thank you Glen for some excellent exercises. I hope I will make the effort to actually do them regularly. I am 80 years old & would benefit from doing them daily. I will now watch your warm up routine . I appreciate your informative videos which should really help the club golfer.

Hi Marian Thank you for your inquiry. The Training Guide is there within the ‘Library’. We changed the thumbnail for this video, which is why you probably can’t find it. Our apologies. We’re in the process of reorganising the training guides, so they’re easier to find. In the meantime, look for the heading: ‘Move It Old Man’ 😜 Hope this helps. Cheers

Would the stretches be different for anyone younger?

Thank you for your question @0hleg. Essentially, these stretches are beneficial for every golfer. Ideally, obtain a screening with a TPI Certified Golf Professional and have him/her design a bespoke mobility program, based on your personal results. Cheers Glen

Thank you for reaching out David. Start with the stretches slowly and within your capabilities. You will gradually improve your range of motion each session. Consistency is key.
