I hate moving, it's ridiculous. When you rent it's more than mortgage.

And you have to give up your "freedom" to get a fixed mortgage so "they" can track you down to collect taxes...blah blah blah....Banks think they need to know your whole life story to loan the money. There is a way around that and it's called, "Owner Financing."
