@philheathtv done a great job. Its pity that a 7x champ isn't given more exposure post body building by the ifbb. It is once they used you, your career is left to fend for yourself. ESPN does so much legendary athletes. You can we need more of this in bodybuilding t on the way to grow and change the business plan abit in order to scale our sport and I'm sure they working on it.

Damn, seeing James tear up made me tear up. Straight up a good human being. Thankyou to all of you for sharing you struggles and losses. Life happens to all of us, but seeing people like you guys on top of the game to still be able to be vulnerable and talk about struggles and painful experiences truly says a lot about you guys. This podcast is my favorite thing on the internet. I’ve been through the 3 toughest years of my whole life, loosing a familymember and a good friend, struggling with health issues and a shit ton of mental struggles. This podcast has helped me so much, making me feel I’m hanging out with my friends during my darkest moments.

Dude likewise for me. These last 3 years I lost an almost 6 figure job that I worked 10 years to get in an are where there are very few jobs that pay that well to covid, my brother/best friend died of an overdose, and my dad/other best friend died of a heart attack, and my chick I've been with for 14 years decided to file false charges and keep me from seeing my son out of spite because I haven't been able o get a job making as much money. There is a lot of extra but those are the highlights. You can get through this brother, you can't give up. You find what gives you strength and you dig in and fight.

That family conversation part was emotional! It's true those memories hit you by night time when you are alone! We don't know what the other person is going through, so I try to be nice to everyone! That and much more about life I have learned from this podcast only as I am an introvert and don't have any social life , just focus on bodybuilding, that's it.
