I'd especially say it changes you a lot since you have to become a great teacher. Like picture the teachers in the classroom that'd stick and help the kids all along the way and try to find the perfect explanations every minute of every hour of class. That's what being a good parent is, and it's very hard but rewarding.

Today is November 7th. 2 days before my mothers birthday and 3 days before mine. Yesterday we discovered a tumor on her cerebellum, and she is scheduled for surgery right on her birthday. Seeing Felix, Marzia and Bjorn’s happiness and fulfillment gives me the hope for better days. I love my mother very much. Thank you for letting me feel a bit of your joy.
