I have to say I LOVE when Katie says “after this quick commercial break.” I always wonder if it’s going to be a commercial or not. And then when there is, it’s always a pleasant surprise, so I watch it without complaint. But then it’s also a pleasant surprise when there isn’t one, and I relieved! Lol. I wonder if I’m the only one.

I think it depends on whether we skip anything or go back to any parts. I think that throws off the timing of the commercials. I've noticed that when I watch her full videos all the way through, the commercials always show up after she mentions them.

Aw, Kenny reminds me of my partner sometimes when he's being rather silly, and when we met at 26 he had only had 1 other gf (sorta) I called him a unicorn but not just because of his long singleness, but because he's a very loyal, caring (and silly and nerdy) person who knows himself and I love him very much and feel lucky to have found him. I've never been more myself with any other person. We've been together 4 years now going on 5, and I can't imagine life without him. Kenny is simply another unicorn and there is someone out there who will be lucky to find him 🦄💜

Same, but I'm 30. Being with someone means dealing with being around someone a lot. Over the years, I've come to find that's actually a way to make me shut down and withdraw. I've just never liked being around others too much. I hate having company (being a hostess is just not fun to me) and I hate sleeping anywhere that's not my own bed for more than three days (a hotel is okay but when you stay at someone else's house, it just feels so foreign. I like knowing I can wake up at 3AM and grab a midnight snack. Or. even more important, being able to sleep in until 12 without feeling I need to interact with the occupants of the house). So, relationships and me are quite the no-no, unless the person is okay with either visiting a few hours a day, once or twice a week, or a full day once or twice every few weeks. Actually, the latter is the best one...I cling tightly to my days off and not going anywhere or needing to make myself presentable on my days off :)

While you didn't get quite the green you wanted, I think the dark, slightly teal-ish blue works beautifully with the other colors! As for mistletoe, one of my roommates in college had put up mistletoe in the kitchen, and my now husband was helping me wash some dishes when she noticed we were standing underneath. There was a teensy bit of awkwardness because we were "not dating" at the time, but we decided to just go for it because Tis the Season!

I don't mind the green turning blue in this soap, as it just reminds me of the blue spruce, which I've seen as a Christmas tree before. I think it helps tone back the Christmassy theme of the soap a bit. So glad I was able to pre-order this time, as I worked all day and most of the ones I would have ordered were gone by the time I got to the website. Looking forward to the Soapmas videos!
