I've seen Sammy many times, but when he came through with the Waboritas WAS ONE OF THE BEST! He was touring his Red Voodoo album and he had the party atmosphere he did at his bar in Mexico, even with waitresses bringing the drink of the day the Waborita! Anyways he said to go to his website to get the recipe, which I did and it was every bit as good as he said ,you can use whatever tequila, but his brand CABO WABO(at the time) was the best!

I have turned a lot of people onto Cabo Wabo Tequila that they absolutely love it but said they would never like any type of tequila no matter what. Plus the fact that my Birthday, July 24th is the official " National Tequila Day" whoever decided to pick that day, absolutely knew what they were doing!!!!! I feel that I was born on the exact day that I was meant to be born on, and yes for more than just that reason, but that sealed the deal.
